Spode Woodland Set of 8 Salad Plates 8 different designs Land/Air

I received the 8 salad plates in a timely manner. The disappointment came when I did not receive 2 of the main animals I wanted listed in the group of 8 I ordered. Instead I received a "plate with FISH which is NOT a land or air animal. I could not find a way to communicate with the person that picked and shipped what I did receive.
